    Each tote can load approximately 1 ton. Meanwhile customized packaging of other specifications are available according to the different needs of our customers.

    To request a sample for quality assessment, please contact our sales team. We can provide 2kg sample for testing at no charge. However, the shipping cost will be the responsibility for the buyer.
  • What are the recommended layer thicknesses for different road conditions?
    We recommend to build as the depth of 20 centimeters for normal traffic. For roads that experience heavy vehicle traffic, to build as the depth of 30 centimeters is more suitable.
  • How should I handle the product during inclement weather?
    It is crucial to avoid exposure to rain within 8 hours after construction. Once the road has set, it possesses excellent waterproof properties and will not be eroded by rain.

    The lead time for sample delivery is typically within two weeks. This allows us to ensure that you receive the sample of latest production date and possible for accurate testing.
  • Will you provide on-site technical support for the initial projects?
    Yes, we can arrange a technician for on-site guidence. However, clients will need to cover the technician's travel expenses and there will be a daily consulting fee.
  • Is it possible to secure exclusive distribution rights for my region?
    While we do not issue letters of exclusivity until an order is placed, we can discuss the possibility of exclusive rights. To maintain exclusivity, a certain number of containers must be ordered per year. We are flexible during the first year, understanding that it can be the most challenging.
