1. Determination of construction section measurement

2.Measurement of soil water content
① Use measuring tools to obtain accurate values;
② Take soil on site and heat it up using a frying pan, record the weight before and after heating and calculate the soil water content;
③ Take the soil on site and add water to do the test, the soil can be held in the hand into a ball and no water seepage, 1 meter in the air falling soil scattered that is to reach the optimal moisture content.
Note: If the water content of soil is too high, it needs to be dried, and the best water content of soil after spraying the product is 10%-15%.
Excavate the road surface to the depth required by the design (20 cm for normal roads and 30 cm for heavy haul roads) using a plow or excavator and use a soil mixer to pulverize the soil, if there are larger stones that need to be picked out manually, gravel (≤30 mm) need not be treated and can strengthen the road.
The product is diluted with water and mixed well, which can be done in the sprinkler. In the case of suitable soil moisture content according to the ratio of 1:5 water, the actual dilution ratio can be adjusted according to the site soil composition and moisture content. Use sprinkler to evenly spray the diluted soil stabilizer water solution onto the road surface.
Immediately after spraying, use a soil mixer to fully mix the product and soil, so that it evenly contacts the soil. Level the soil according to the requests for road shaping.
Compact within 15 minutes of spraying the product. It is recommended to use sheep horn roller for compaction first, and then use vibratory roller for compaction. The type of roller and the number of rolling times depend on the site conditions, to achieve the maximum compaction density and maximum CBR value for the ultimate goal.
